Qualification:(i) A recognized Medical Qualification included in the first or the second schedule or part II of the Third schedule (other than Licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of qualifications included in part II of the Third schedule should also fulfill the condition stipulated in Section 13 (3) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.(ii) Post-Graduate Degree Qualifications in the specialty concerned or equivalent (iii) At least 3 years teaching experience in the concerned specialty as Lecturer or in an equivalent teaching post in a Medical College/Teaching Institution after the requisite Post-Graduate degree qualification.(iv) Knowledge of Konkani.

DIRECTORATE OF SOCIAL WELFARE :

IV. GOA COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING :
Professor in Mechanical Engineering 1

Qualification:(i) Ph.D. Degree or equivalent, from a recognized University in appropriate discipline. (Persons guiding Ph.D. students and having Post Ph.D Publications is highly desirable).(ii) B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. in relevant branch from a recognized University with First Class or equivalent either in B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech.(iii) Minimum 10 years experience in teaching/research/industry out of which at least 5 years shall be at the level of Associate Professor Or(iv) Minimum 13 years experience in teaching and/or research and/or industry.(v) Knowledge of Konkani.
