Walk in interview for filling of the various posts under NRHM, NCD & regular vacancy of Health & F.W.Department of Koraput district on contractual (Except Sl.No 10) basis will be held at CDMO Office, Koraput as per the following schedule.

Recruitment Guideline : 
  • Passed HSC or equivalent examination.
  • Passed ANM Examination conducted by the Odisha State Nursing and Midwives board
  • Passed out from INC (Indian Nursing Council) approved institutions either Govt. or private) and having ONC (Orissa Nursing Council) registration.
  • Should have registered any employment exchange with in the state.
  • Candidates shall be within the age group of 18-32 years as on 31-10-2012. However the upper age limit is relaxation up to 05 years for ST only.
  • Selection will be made on merit on the basis of marks secured in in HSC Exam (50%), and ANM Training (50%) will be taken for consideration & ORV Act will be applicable.
Document to be required : 
  • HSC Certificate with Marksheet,
  • ANM Pass Certificate with Mark-sheet,
  • Orissa Nursing Council Registration.
  • Valid Employment Registration.
  • Caste Certificate,
  • Residential /Nativity Certificate (for service purpose) issued within six months.
  • Two passport size photograph.

Terms & Conditions :
  • The candidates who are already working in Health Department either on regular or Contractual basis have to apply through proper channel.
  • Allowances and incentives will be paid as per society norms for NRHM & NCD.
  • For Sl.No 1 only application will be received and original certificates will be verified on the date of interview. Date of computer test will be communicated to the candidates after shortlisting.
  • For all the posts preference will be given to the native/resident of Koraput district. In case of non availability of candidates of Koraput district, candidates of other district will be considered.
  • Vacancies shown above are provisional and subject to change.
  • Incomplete application in any form is liable for rejection.
  • Nativity / Residential certificate for employment purpose is to be produced while applying for the post and the same should not be issued before 6 months from the date of interview.
  • The authority reserves the right of accepting/ rejecting any application without assigning any reason thereof. No personal query will be entertained.
  • Two copies of passport size colour attested photograph to be submitted  along with the application.
  • The following documents are to be enclosed along with the application.
a. Attested photo copies of all mark sheet & certificates in proof of the claim made by the candidate relating to his educational qualification
b. Experience certificate if any.
c. Application form for each individual post must be submitted in specified format along with photocopy of all the mark sheet & certificates.
d. Application form & photo copy of all mark sheets & certificates (for each individual post) shoud be put into a cover super scribed as “ APPLICATION FOR THE POST (NAME OF THE POST)”
