Data Entry Operator in Zilla Swasthya Samiti (NRHM) – Orissa

               Walk in interview for filling of the various posts under NRHM, NCD & regular vacancy of Health & F.W.Department of Koraput district on contractual (Except Sl.No 10) basis will be held at CDMO Office, Koraput as per the following schedule.

Details of Post :             
Data Entry Operator ( DEO) for IDSP 

Recruitment Guideline : 
  • Any Graduate with 50% of Marks in graduation with PGDCA or equivalent / O level minimum 1 year duration from a recognized/ registered institute.
  • Incase of registered institute it should be registered under any Govt.status with valid registration number.
  • The course duration of PGDCA/DCA etc. should be of minimum one year (52 weeks).
  • The short listed candidates to be called for computer test & verification of certificate.
  • Candidate securing minimum 50 marks in the computer test need only be consider for further assessment of their academic career as follows.
Procedure to be adopted for short listing
  • Matriculation : 30 marks
  • +2 : 20 marks
  • Graduation : 20 marks
  • Computer Test : 20 marks
  • Candidate of the koraput district :10 marks (based on Residence certificate)
Incase of any tie in scores, then the AICTE/DOEACC/University pass out student in computer course will be preferred.

Document to be required : 
  • All Marksheet & Certificate in support of educational qualification.
  • Computer Certificate  Residence or Nativity certificate
  • 2 recent passport size photographs
  • Application form.
Terms & Conditions :
  • The candidates who are already working in Health Department either on regular or Contractual basis have to apply through proper channel.
  • Allowances and incentives will be paid as per society norms for NRHM & NCD.
  • For Sl.No 1 only application will be received and original certificates will be verified on the date of interview. Date of computer test will be communicated to the candidates after shortlisting.
  • For all the posts preference will be given to the native/resident of Koraput district. In case of non availability of candidates of Koraput district, candidates of other district will be considered.
  • Vacancies shown above are provisional and subject to change.
  • Incomplete application in any form is liable for rejection.
  • Nativity / Residential certificate for employment purpose is to be produced while applying for the post and the same should not be issued before 6 months from the date of interview.
  • The authority reserves the right of accepting/ rejecting any application without assigning any reason thereof. No personal query will be entertained.
  • Two copies of passport size colour attested photograph to be submitted  along with the application.
  • The following documents are to be enclosed along with the application.
a. Attested photo copies of all mark sheet & certificates in proof of the claim made by the candidate relating to his educational qualification
b. Experience certificate if any.
c. Application form for each individual post must be submitted in specified format along with photocopy of all the mark sheet & certificates.
d. Application form & photo copy of all mark sheets & certificates (for each individual post) shoud be put into a cover super scribed as “ APPLICATION FOR THE POST (NAME OF THE POST)”
