We are having a walk in for technical support in PLM domain position. Please walk in to our office on 31st Jan & 1st Feb between 10 AM to 12 PM.

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
Location : Pune
Experience: 0 to 2 yrs
Education: (UG – B.Tech/B.E. – Any Specialization, Automobile, Aviation, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Production/Industrial) OR (PG – M.Tech – Any Specialization, Automobile, Aviation, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Production/Industrial) AND ( Doctorate – Doctorate Not Required)
JOB DESCRIPTION / DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
1) Assist customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Dassault Systemes suite of PLM Products.
2) Reproduce customer issue in-house, this will require recreating the customer environment in-house.
3) Determine source of customer problem (product based, installation and administration issue) and suggest bypass methodologies if available.
4) Submit and track issue with Development Team
5) Validate Solutions provided by development team
6) Coordinate communications between yourself, development team, and the customer
7) Organize calls with customer to converge upon a resolutions
8) Coordinate efforts with R&D and other DS teams to meet customers targets
9) Manage defect communications between Dassault Systemes Support & the customer
