Must Haves:
Good Communication Skills
Familiar with minimum one South Indian Language preferably Tamil
Ability to manage a large workforce. Prefer someone who has managed a large workforce of 300- 500 employees before
Open to travel in the entire south region
Ability to deal with external employees
Ability to work in a virtual set up
Prior experience in HR operations or a Generalist role
QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
Eligibility : Graduate degree preferably certified in Social Work, Labour Relations, HR or an MBA in HR
