Job Responsibilities:
- Call Handling (Inbound & outbound)
- Updated with product knowledge, procedures and policies
- Perform reservation functions and attend customer queries/ requests
- Excellent communication skills
- Undergraduate / Graduate in any stream
- Minimum 1 year of Call Centre/BPO experience is an advantage
- Good computer skills
- Willing to work in shifts
