Job Role: Team Member - BI
Job Description:
- Overview/High-Level Responsibility Areas The Team Member BI is responsible to generate ongoing reports which are timely and accurate.
- The Team member utilizes tools like Excel, Access to process raw data into meaningful information.
- The Team Member reports to the Manager- BI and keeps his Manager informed on any issues encountered with the data and works to understand the various data sources and their relevance.
- TM applies that knowledge to deliver reports as per the needs of the stakeholders and follows all guidelines for data sanctity and security.
KRA:
- Ongoing Report generation Ensure service accuracy through compliance (TAT)
- Developing Scorecard and Metric calculations.
- High level Automation of reporting initiatives.
- Compliance to Time Entry & MIS
- Maintain documentation of SOPs/Operating Instructions PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Desired Profile:
Formal Education/Certification Must Have:
Non computer science graduates with Diploma in computers applications / PGDCA /GNIIT Good to Have:
- BCA, Bsc ( Comp ), Bachelors in Information Technology Knowledge and Experience* 0-2 years Overall experience both for internal & external applicants Technical Skills Must Have
- Excel intermediate, Access ( Intermediate), VBA Basic Good to Have ·
- Excel Adv , Access ( Adv ), VBA Intermediate, SQL language basic Good to have experience in ·
- Knowledge of DAO/ADO connectivity from Excel to Access or SQL.
- Should be able to run Insert/Update/Delete commands in Access/SQL data base from Excel interface.
- Should be able to use Access/SQL queries/store procedures from Excel.
- Should be aware of most of the Visual basic components/Controls available in Excel.
- Access/SQL
- Well conversant with how to create tables/queries/Store procedures/Forms/Reports/modules/Macros in Access.
- Should be able to create Excel based reports from Access/SQL server.
- Should be aware of Import/Export utilities in Access/SQL Work Conditions ·
As per business requirements
- Working with global and off-shore resources may require flexible work hours.
- Mobility between India locations basis team alignment/meetings ·
- Participation in training sessions, business management routines in office/offsite
